Our company isvery concerned about the quality of their products as well as to thesatisfaction of their customers. In order to improve these very aspects constantly, A.D. Chini hasachieved in 2004, through a third party, after the implementation of the “securityand food safety measures” (Regulation CE 852 of 2004), the important goal ofthe management system certification, according tothe standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2000, which is also known asVISION 2000. Our qualitypolicy has been defined on this basis, verifying the achievements of thecompany goals, which were designed tomaximize the impact of the product quality and the services offered.

Another importantstep in this direction was made in 2010, upon receipt of the certification ISO 22000:2005; a certification standard on a voluntary basis,which includes the principles of the HACCPsystem, defined by the CodexAlimentarius. Our commitment to progressive improvement was praised in 2008by achieving the important Kosher Certification, a trademark of the Jewishcommunity issued according to the rules of the Kasherut. Strict standards haveto be met for a product to achieve this, starting with the individualingredients used, up to the production and packaging process.
