Trentino is a wonderful region surrounded by the Dolomites, the mountains which have been recently recognized as UNESCO protected area. This territory offers beautiful landscapes, natural parks and a lot of alpine lakes that make the region something unique. Our company is situated in Cles in the heart of Trentino, in the well-known Val di Non. This is a valley where the air and the climate, together with a natural process of cultivation, respecting the existent ecosystem, allows to produce apples of best quality known all over the world. It is from this excellent fruit that we start realizing our products, using only high quality raw materials and production systems that respect the environment and are technologically on state-of-the-art. The transformation - from the cultivation to the packaging of the final product - occurs directly in the production area, with the total control of the production process, certified by an ISO 9001/2000 system. Moreover all the products are subject to strict analysis controls of external and internal laboratories, in order to guarantee the quality and the genuineness of all materials. Our business began in 1988 when Mr. Danilo Chini had the good intuition to launch a product on the market belonging to our rural traditions: “la persecca” which stands for peeled, pitted and dried apples. The company, a family - owned business till this date, extended at the beginning its dried product range but in a few years time it has been able to realize a completely new product range composed by mousse in single cups and fruit compotes. In 2004 we’ve been honored for our professionalism by the most prestigious business company in the field of apple production and merchandising, the Melinda Consortium, with the concession of using their brand to place on the products. Since 2008, after a long research project, we have launched an extremely innovative product on the market: the 100% fruit bars and the cereals fruit bars. The news are not finished yet and within a short time we will introduce other new and tasty delicacies!
