Goldensec  is a product originating from our local Trentino tradition, the so-called “persecca” or more precisely, simple dried apple slices. This is indeed our product, obtained from the processing of high quality apples which will be peeled, pitted, sliced and dried. A healthy and light but at the same time delicious alternative to usual snacks, not fried and therefore without fat, preservative and sugar (in fact it contains only the natural sugar of the fruit). You should try them as snack, just as they are, or crumble them in order to taste an excellent apple infusion, but also dunked in milk or water for your breakfast or used as ingredient to prepare delightful desserts and for the gourmets beneath you, dunked in juice or wine.
